
Sweeney Statement on the Passing of Mary Taylor Previte
Trenton – Senate President Steve Sweeney issued the following statement on the recent passing of former-Assemblywoman Mary Taylor Previte:
“Mary Taylor Previte was a survivor who dedicated her life to helping others, especially in South Jersey. As an educator, she was an inspiration to her students at Camden High. As a beloved member of the Assembly, she was respected and admired by her peers on both sides of the aisle and was a devoted advocate for her legislative district.
“She will be missed by all who knew her, and I send my deepest condolences to her family, friends and loved ones.”
